Terms and conditions for fishing trips and overnights:

Once the deposit is paid there's a 2 weeks cool off period from the date of this invoice. The deposit can be refunded for any reasons. After this cool off period the deposit will be made non refundable.

The cool off period won't apply to bookings made 4 weeks prior to the booking date.

Cancellation of our fishing trip packages or overnight stays are permitted up to 2 months prior to arrival date. Any cancellation 2 months prior to arrival date will incur the loss of the deposit.

Changes to booking dates are permitted up to 2 months prior to the arrival date and are subject to availability.

Cancellation or date change within 2 months prior to the arrival date are not permitted.

Customers booked on fishing trips understand that they will be partaking on a boat charter which may require low-moderate physical exertion.

Roko Pearls Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal possessions although every precaution will be taken.

Customers booked on fishing trips agree to observe the safety and other instructions of the authorized personnel for the duration of the charter. Whilst every care and precaution are taken, Roko Pearls Australia Pty Ltd are not liable for any medical services that may be required. Any legal conflict which may arise shall be resolved in the legal jurisdiction of Queensland. Roko Pearls Australia Pty Ltd recommends that customers have a comprehensive travel insurance policy.

Roko Pearls Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel a charter where in its best judgment, safety, weather and / or other relevant circumstances deem it to be necessary. If we need to cancel a charter due to inclement weather, or for any other reason, the charter will be rescheduled. Roko Pearls Australia Pty Ltd recommends that customers have a comprehensive travel insurance policy.
